The law is not something to be wondering, the law is to keep order, whether it is someone like it or not. But sometimes we come to such laws that make it wonder if the people who invented them were mentally healthy?
Examples: In one of the states you can not walk backwards when you eat a donut, another place is forbidden to take pictures of rabbits from January to April. In the next state is forbidden tickling girls.
